2. Do you attend rehearsals or just the performance?
For "Marketing Boost" and "Complete Story" bookings, I highly recommend attending a dress or tech rehearsal. This allows me to plan for lighting, angles, and key moments in advance, ensuring your gallery captures every highlight perfectly with zero surprises on opening night.
3. How many hours of coverage do I need?
When we build your custom quote, we will factor in total coverage time, not just show runtime. This allows me to capture your story from pre-show anticipation to the final curtain call. As a starting point:
- The Essentials: 2 hrs (ideal for small shows)
- The Marketing Boost: 3.5 hrs (adds rehearsal coverage)
- The Complete Story: Up to 5 hrs (perfect for full musicals, gala nights, and extensive backstage moments)
4. Can you cover multiple shows in one day?
Yes—and this is where my background in theatre really helps. If you have double casts or consecutive shows, I plan my coverage to capture unique moments from each performance. Additional shows or hours can easily be factored into your custom quote.
5. How quickly will we receive our photos?
Speed is part of my premium service.

- The Complete Story: Same-night preview delivery for maximum buzz.
Full galleries are typically delivered within 5 business days (priority 48-hour delivery for Complete Story clients).

6. How do we receive the photos?
You will receive a private, password-protected online gallery with high-resolution, print-ready images plus web-optimised versions. Download links make it simple to share with the cast, crew, and your marketing team.
7. Can we use the images for marketing and printing?
Absolutely. All quotes include a personal and promotional license—perfect for programs, posters, social media, and press releases. If you require commercial licensing (for merchandise or paid ad campaigns), we can build that into your quote.
8. Will you use flash during the show?
No flash—ever. As someone who grew up performing, I know how crucial it is to stay invisible during the performance. I use top-tier low-light cameras and fast lenses to capture authentic stage lighting and atmosphere without distraction.
9. What if our theatre lighting is challenging?
Dark venues and dramatic stage lighting are my specialty. I anticipate cues, work with available light, and deliver crisp, vibrant images that reflect the exact mood of your production—whether it’s moody and intimate or bright and explosive.
10. Do you offer RAW files?
Yes—RAW files are available as an add-on for $900. This option is ideal for marketing teams or theatres who require maximum flexibility for their own extensive editing and design work.
11. Do you offer video coverage?
Yes! I offer cinematic aftermovies (1–2 minutes) and can discuss full-length video capture for archival or streaming purposes. These can easily be added to your custom quote.
12. What deposit do you require?
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due before the show. This guarantees that your production receives my full focus and blocks off my calendar exclusively for you.
13. Do you offer discounts for registered charities, community groups, or low-decile schools?
I am deeply committed to supporting our local arts community. While my standard professional rates reflect the time and specialised gear required for live stage coverage, I offer a limited number of fully subsidized community sponsorships each season. These are proudly funded by community donations alongside a portion of the proceeds from Kiddie Klicks.
